treatment FEES

My standard fee is 350 dollars for a 30 minute visit. I do not charge for texts, emails, brief phone calls, or refills. While my fee may seem steep, please remember that I usually see patients less than once per month especially once they are stable.

CANCELATION POLICY

I request at least 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. I charge for missed appointments because there are others who could have benefited from that time.

INSURANCE

I am an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide a Superbill for reimbursement. Please check coverage with your specific insurance provider.

SCHEDULING

I work on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 7 AM to 2.00 PM.

COMMUNICATION

I am always available by text or email and will respond within 24 hrs. I encourage patients to stay in close contact with me.

NEW PATIENTS

I am usually booked out a few weeks in advance but I always have late cancellations
